Davido collaborates with Usher, Trey and others.

Davido is bent on impressing his fans after 11 month of not releasing any solo work by him. The singer is expected to drop another 10 songs by the end of the year. He talked about his recent collaborations with Usher and how thrilled his fans will be when they get to hear his song with Usher. Davido said “Now I have songs with Trey, Future, Young Thug, Tinashe, Usher but I’m taking my time to let the world know who I am first.”

Davido made a comeback at the end of last week when he made his EP, “Son of Mercy” available for pre-order. He then dropped his first solo single in over 11 months. He explained how the song came together:

“Gbagbe Osi is one of the songs that was supposed to be on the album last year. When Sony heard it, they really liked it. I like it too, I love the drive.”

Davido who is signed to Sony Music took time to wish Wizkid success on his recently signing to Sony Music. Both Wizkid, Davido and Ayo jay are the only three Nigerians currently signed to Sony Music.
