How Youth Spend There Time. By_Daniel Bissalla

In the world we live today, they are so many things that steals the time of an average youth. You find out that about 70% of the youths are social media freaks and what I mean by freaks is "they spend 6-7hours of the day chatting" on platforms like Facebook,Twitter,WhatsApp,Instagram, Palm Chat, We Chat,2go,...... Mention the rest. 

These very youth am talking about here have big dreams and ambitions, which is mostly influenced by the things they see online on this different platforms.
You ask any youth today "How do you see yourself in the next ten years" He/She would probably describe a perfect scenario where he/she lives a luxurious lifestyle without any stress, and he'll make emphasis on being successful and financially free from debts, Wow!!! amazing right?

But let's stop for a minute and ask him/her these crucial questions, How can you achieve this?  
Do you have any blueprint to guide you through to success? 
What have you been doing lately that is in line with these great ambitions you have?, 
What can you do differently from the unnumbered youths of your kind that are out there?, 
Do you have any role model you follow his/her tested method/recipe for success?,What can you do aside business?, 
Do you have any start up capital for that industry you want to venture into? 
Can you write a good business proposal? 
Can you convince me to fund your idea if at all am willing to give you a listening ear?. 
Silence will be the answer!! 
WHY? The answer is simple, like picking a ball and dropping it, how easy it is huh!.
Because these youth have no clue what it takes to make a name of their brand and to succeed in a constantly evolving and competitive economy or market place. 
So the very best they can do is to stay mute. The very few that will have something to say will probably have zero capital and zero technical know-how to get finance. 
So what does the future holds for these youth? 

Aside from "the social media" platforms,most youths engage themselves in drug abuse, which is the climax of it all. 
You'll notice that 95% of the time  youths that partake in this act have no time for themselves,no time to think like any normal and easy going human being not to talk of taking their time to study or do a simple research on a subject as the case may be.

The Music/movie Industry has really shaped the minds of the youths negatively if I must say, because the whole message they pass across in their songs and movies showcase the very idea that a luxurious lifestyle without hard work and dedication is possible which in reality is a big big syntax error, an illusion. 
And most of the time these are the very things you'll  find youths of our time listening to or watching.

What annoys me most is the fact that these musicians/artiste,actor/actress,film producers, directors that send these negative ideas to these youths make their money and leave the youths dreaming dreams that are not possible.
